For How Long can I keep the Products in the Cart?
The item(s) that you reserve in your cart will remain there until you either buy those products or remove them. If in any case the product goes out of stock then it will not be kept and retained for you even if the product is added to your cart as you have not actually made any payment for it. If you desire to avoid losing your favorite products to other shopaholics then you should better buy them ASAP.
I Have Placed an Order but it does not Appear in ‘My Account’ Section?
Do not worry!
It can the case where you might be experience some sort of delay in updating of the details of your order in the ‘My Account’ section, for sometimes our systems get flooded with varied new orders. So we request you to be patient as your order details will be updated very soon automatically.
Can I Change the Shipping Address for My Particular Order?
Sorry! Once you have already placed an order, you will not be able to make any kind of further changes for your Shipping Address for that very particular Order.
How Do I Track the Status of My Order?
Click on to ‘My Account’ and then the ‘Order’ section, then ‘View’ and at the last ‘Track’ on your Artisan Glory account to view all details like the order number, date of order placement, product of the order and quantity of the order, value of it, payment mode related to that order and status of the order.
How Do I Confirm the Cash on Delivery Order?
Once you have checked all the details related to your order/s, the shipping address and the mode of payment, then click on ‘Commit’ and finally, your order will be placed.
After this, you will receive an automated call from our customer care service. This call is made for the confirmation of your order. If in any case, you missed our call? Do not worry! Simply call our customer care and you will be assisted.
How Do I Add More Products to My Order Placed on Artisan Glory?
At Artisan Glory, you can add many more items to the cart before you finish with your transaction. When an Order number gets generated you will not be able to add any more items to the same Order.
But still, if you need more items? Then you can go ahead and place a new order!

What if Someone Else is shopping for the Same Product as Me and it is the Last Piece Available?
In such a scenario, it is the case like the fastest finger first. Whoever puts it in the cart first and pays for it will be able to buy it. You need to make sure that you checkout before the other person buys it; otherwise it will be too late for you.
What should I do if My Area falls under the Non-Serviceable Pin Code?
Artisan Glory sincerely makes huge effort to service our customers all over the world.
If in any case the location falls under an area which is non- serviceable through the pin code then we suggest you to place that order from a different place with its pin code. Now, you should check the serviceability at the new location you entered i.e. with a different pin code.

Which of the Purchased Items can be returned?
While our company puts all the efforts to always make the best products available for you as per your liking and desires, but sadly, there can be times when you might not like the fit, the color or even the design of some of the product(s). In such cases, we do accept returns on footwear as well as apparels.
However, there are some of the selected product categories that fall under the ‘No Return/Exchange Policy’, unless there is some other problems like an inherent damage or even some quality issues at the time of delivery because of a miss from our vendor’s side.

How Do I Return Items?
We accept returns on footwear as well as apparels. If you have to return product(s), you can simply call or even email our customer care team and they will surely assist you ASAP.
My Return Request was initiated but Reverse Pick up has not yet been Done, What should I Do?
This can be a rare case where a situation like this may arise, where a reverse pick up is initiated by you and no one has come to collect your order or product yet. In such circumstances, we request you to make a contact with our customer care team through an email at [email protected] and we will be extremely happy to assist you.
My Item arrived damaged or Defective, What should I Do?
All the products available at Artisan Glory go through a rigorous quality and hygiene check before being dispatched to our customers.
However, if on a rare case you receive any damaged or defective item please send an email to [email protected] within the range of 24 hours of delivery, along with needed photographs. Our customer care team will assist you ASAP.
The refund of your product will be done as NEFT for payments made through cash on delivery mode, and if your payment was made through credit or debit card or even by net banking then the amount will be credited back to the bank account from where the payment was made previously.
I Paid for My Order using Cash on Delivery Mode, How do I Get My Money Back?
In the case of any returns, where the payment was made using the option of COD i.e. Cash on Delivery and you have received a damaged or defective item, then the cash refund will be done through NEFT. Please remember to email all the necessary bank details after the return request is accepted.
